Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow
- Manage staffing, schedules, and team dynamics
- Implement efficient administrative processes
- Foster a client-friendly environment
- Handle financial aspects, including budgeting and billing
Requirements:
- Previous managerial experience not specific to veterinary medicine
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in office software and record keeping
