Veterinary Assistant
Growing up on a small farm in the upstate, Samantha fostered her love for animals at a very young age. Before graduating Pickens High school in 2019, she had volunteered at a local rescue and developed an even stronger love for four-legged creatures. Sam joined Haywood Road Animal Hospital in 2021 as the groomer’s assistant and overall helping hand. In the summer of 2023, we happily moved Sam over to the hospital to help out as a veterinary assistant.
After she cares for your fur-babies at Haywood Road Animal Hospital, Sam goes home and spends time with her own two furry monsters. She also enjoys hiking, concerts, and movie nights with friends, during her time away from work.
